Hey everyone! I’m planning to replace my old shingle roof this fall and I’m seriously considering going with a metal one this time. I’ve heard it’s much more durable and energy-efficient. Does anyone know a good local company in Oakville that handles metal roof installations? I’d appreciate some recommendations!

I own a few small rental properties in Commerce City, and I’ve had a tough time finding a management company that’s responsive. Most seem overloaded or uninterested in smaller portfolios. Maintenance requests get delayed, and tenant communication is hit or miss. Does anyone have experience with a company that truly delivers consistent service in this area?
